'More with Less' stool25. May2011

Strong enough to hold one person, the stool is a pure expression of simplicity and sustainability of a product. An 'out-of-the-box' design which reminds us that there is always a better way to design things and the nature is out there to help us.

'More with less' stool is made of recycled and reused materials: veneer and paper taken from discarded magazines. Both 'materials' were stacked together in alternating layers, bent and strengthened with thin rope at each end and one against the other as well.

'More with less' stool was submitted for the DIY feature hosted by Designboom
