'One Piece, One Edition'10. Nov2011
'One Piece, One Edition' is a project of the Austrian design group Mischer'Traxler in which they deconstruct an existing clock, reutilizing and transforming the pieces to create original objects.
The resulted is/ a collection of furniture pieces formed from components taken from the clock.
Besides reusing and recycling action, the idea is to give a second life to existing objects and de-contextualize them and the aim was to create based on an ecological 'pretext', a limited edition of unique pieces, the number of which is defined by the original object.
The project has been developed specifically for Novalis Fine Arts.
