Set to open in September 2011 in Kansas City, Missouri, the Kaufmann Center for the Performing Arts by Moshe Safdie will be one of the most advanced technically and architecturally facility of its kind in the nation.
The center will feature a theater and a concert hall, each having over 1500 seats.
It will act as a catalyst between the social, educational and economical life and will aim to encourage the interdisciplinary meetings and collaborations to advance the role of arts within the city community and cross fertilization of the visitors and audiences.
