I must say that the generous, comfortable and organic shape make this sofa to be a love at first sight. This sofa irresistibly attracts you with the rounded shape like a "a ripe, voluptuous piece of fruit” as the Bourroullec brothers said. 
Aside the design conception, the appearance and the personality of the sofa is given by the combination of a super flexible foam with a stretchable and soft cover fabric, both being the results of the designer's research into comfort. 
Its particular shape inspires versatility in the way the body can rest onto it in the same time providing high level comfort 
Judging by the available photos, the Ploum Sofa will be featured in three colors: white, red and grey.The Ploum Sofa was launched this year in the 2011 IMM Cologne Fair at the Ligne Rosset booth.
