"Street Stone" project07. Jan2013

TAGS: statues, marble
Designed by Leo Caillard

French photographer Leo Caillard teamed up with digital illustrator Alexis Persani to transform the naked look of a few ancient sculptures from the Louvre courtyard in a men's fashion presentation.

For the 'Street Stone' project, Leo Caillard photographed the statues as they are in situ and after used his friends as models for the flannels, cuff jeans, and Ray Bans that the statues would wear. Once these ready, Persani combined them to create a striking resemblance to a natural-looking people.

Suddenly it looks that the statues come alive and you would expect to descent from their pedestal anytime now.
