Urbanization vs Nature09. Dec2013
The city of Hong Kong, one of the fifth most important cities of the world, spreads in the entire island on every corner where a building can plant its foundation despite the trees that populate the area. If it wasn't the size of the building compared to a tree probably the buildings would be as dense as the trees on the island. The insanely development of the urbanization and and the lack of space led to the expansion of the city borders - aside denser construction and vertical development - deep into the nature creating strange contrasting images between artificial and natural.
